electronic card 220/380 mod sr for mincer ceg and omega also suitable for some impastratici
SR7 safety control board (formerly SR1208, Siprem) 220/380V for Fama GS106/GS107 graters, CEG and Omega meat mincers and some dough mixers. Manages motor start, stop and anti-restart safety; runs at 24V with a dedicated transformer (AVM for SR/ITR boards). Check code, voltage and connectors; installation by a technician.
Safety control board model SR7 (formerly SR1208, Siprem family), voltage 220/380V. Spare part for Fama graters (GS106 / GS107 series), CEG and Omega meat mincers, and adaptable to some dough mixers.
What it does. It is the machine's accident-prevention control board: it manages motor start and stop and the anti-restart safety system, preventing accidental restarts after the machine has been opened or after a power failure. It operates at low voltage (24V) via the dedicated transformer (AVM type, 220/380→24V for SR/ITR boards), which should also be budgeted for if it too is damaged.
When to replace it. Typical symptoms of a faulty board:
- the machine does not start even though it has power;
- the motor does not stay running or stops on its own;
- the controls do not respond after the push-button panel, microswitch and transformer have been ruled out.
Important. Before purchasing, check the code printed on the original board (SR7 / SR1208), the mains voltage (single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V) and that the connectors and overall dimensions match. As this is an electrical component, installation must be entrusted to a qualified technician.
