Electronic board for meat mincers with reverse function, model ITR1006 (formerly ITR995), low voltage (L.V.). It is the control board that manages the starting, stopping and safety of the mincer motor.

What the reverse function is for. Besides starting and stopping the motor, this board controls forward/reverse rotation: briefly reversing the direction of rotation frees the feed screw (auger) when meat, sinews or small bones jam it, avoiding the need to dismantle the grinding assembly. It is an essential feature on professional meat mincers.

Low voltage. The designation B.T. (L.V.) means the board works with a low-voltage (24V) control circuit, powered by the dedicated transformer (the type used for ITR/SR series boards): if necessary, plan to replace the transformer as well.

When to replace it. Typical symptoms of a faulty board:

• the mincer does not start even though it has power;
• the motor does not stay running or stops on its own;
• the reverse function no longer works.
