Speed-variator board for the Sirman roller (roller grill / hot-dog roller), supplied on request. It is the electronic board that regulates the rotation speed of the roller's rolls: it allows the rotation to be adapted to the type of product being cooked and kept constant.
It is a component subject to failure from overvoltage, moisture or wear: when the board fails the rolls do not turn, do not regulate speed or stay locked. Replacing it with the correct board restores the speed regulation.
