Coarse-grit sharpening stone, 38x8x8 mm, for Hobart slicer sharpeners and compatible models. First-stage blade sharpening.
Coarse-grit sharpening stone (emery) for slicer sharpeners, compatible with Hobart slicers and compatible models. It fits onto the machine's built-in sharpening unit and is used to sharpen the edge of the circular blade during use.
The coarse grit stone is used in the first sharpening stage: it removes more material and is suited to restoring a very worn or damaged blade edge; it is normally paired with a fine-grit stone for the finishing and polishing stage of the edge.
