Ejector disc for Fama Elite and FTV400 professional vegetable cutters. Pushes the product processed by the cutting disc out of the machine. Stainless steel, CE compliant.
The ejector disc is the base disc of the professional vegetable cutter: it works together with the cutting disc and, as it rotates, pushes the processed product out of the machine, helping it move towards the discharge chute. It is always part of the cutting assembly, while the actual cutting discs (for slicing, grating, julienne or dicing) are accessories matched to each task.
Made of stainless steel, it resists the corrosion caused by food acids and frequent washing, keeping hygiene and dimensional stability over time. Built to CE standards.
It fits Fama Elite vegetable cutters, model FTV400, fully stainless-steel professional machines that are completely dismantlable for cleaning.
