Electronic board for the Mignon grater, Fama / RGV brand, in the mechanical-switch versions (exploded-view ref. 23). It is the board that manages the switch-on and the actuation of the electric grater's motor, in the variant set up for the mechanical switch (distinct from the magnetic-microswitch versions).
The Mignon is a compact professional electric grater (polished aluminium body, ~380W). The board is a component subject to failure from overvoltage, moisture or wear: when it fails the grater will not start or cannot be controlled correctly. Replacing it with the correct version (according to the switch type) restores operation.
