The 80 mm ABS closing disc (code AGWS2002) is the replacement side cover for the Mignon cheese grater made by Fama Industrie. It is the black disc in ABS plastic that closes the side of the grater body, holding the product in place during grating and preventing cheese or residue from escaping.

- Diameter: 80 mm (nominal size; actual disc size ~77 mm)

Compatibility: Mignon grater series FGM F2002 and Mignon assemblies series FGM113. The part is equivalent to the original Fama spare FAMF2002.
When to replace it: the disc should be changed when it is cracked, chipped, heat-deformed, or when it no longer closes the grating chamber properly, causing product leakage. Being made of plastic, it is a component subject to wear and to breakage from impact or over-tightening.
Fitting note: the disc is supplied with its fixing screws; in some cases it may be preferable to reuse the screws already fitted to your machine for an optimal thread fit.
