Plastic sausage stuffing funnel for size 12 meat grinders, 20 mm outlet diameter (ref. AGWSTRI0083).

It turns the meat grinder into a sausage stuffer: the funnel mounts on the grinder head in place of the plate and knife and channels the minced mixture straight into the casing, which is slid rolled up onto the tube. The 20 mm outlet diameter sets the calibre of the sausage and is the classic size for Italian salsiccia and small sausages.

Fitting: unscrew the ring nut, remove the knife and the perforated plate, insert the funnel and lock it by screwing the ring nut back on; the worm screw pushes the mixture into the funnel without mincing it again. It is also the ideal replacement when the original funnel is cracked, chipped or yellowed: as a food-contact component it should be replaced at the first signs of damage.
