Plastic funnel for model 12 meat mincers, with a 30 mm outlet diameter, used to stuff ground meat directly into the casing. The larger 30 mm diameter is suited to making salami and large-caliber cured meats.
To fit it, remove the blade and the perforated plate from the mincer, insert the dedicated plastic block that supports the auger, then fit the funnel into the ring nut and tighten it securely before stuffing.
Compatible with model 12 meat mincers, a standard size also common on Fimar, Tre Spade and Reber mincers.
Replace it when the funnel is broken, cracked, or no longer fits correctly onto the mincer outlet, causing the meat mixture to leak out during stuffing.
