The 15 mm outlet diameter is suited to thin-caliber sausages. Compatible with model 12 meat mincers, a standard size also common on Fimar and Tre Spade mincers.
Replace it when the funnel is broken, cracked, or no longer fits correctly onto the mincer outlet, causing the meat mixture to leak out during stuffing.
