gear ausonia grande 195-220
Large gear (part q228) made of nylon for the motor assembly of RGV Ausonia 190-220 slicers.
- Application: motor of RGV Ausonia 190/220 slicers
- Material: nylon
- Number of teeth: 40 (large gear)
- Diameter: 43 mm, bore 6 mm
- Compatibility: also Ariete SL 2030 slicers and ALA 322, 360, 361, 380, 390, 394
The large gear is part of the motor-to-blade reduction group of the slicer: paired with the small 10-tooth pinion, it transmits motion from the electric motor to the blade, reducing its rotation speed. Being made of nylon, the component is subject to natural wear over time: when the teeth wear down, chip or develop excessive play, the transmission loses precision and can cause noise or slowdowns in blade rotation. In these cases it must be replaced with a spare of the same tooth count (40) to restore proper motor operation.
