The tray collects the grated cheese during machine operation and sits under the grater's roller unit. The built-in microswitch prevents the motor from starting when the tray is not correctly fitted, ensuring operator safety. Being transparent, it allows visual monitoring of the collected product level without stopping the machine. Spare part compatible with Sirman GF HP2 Inox versions produced from January 2015 onwards.
