The cap for Fimar grater feed mouth (part no. FIMTRI0219) is the original spare part that closes and protects the feed mouth of Fimar professional graters, the opening through which cheese is fed into the machine for grating.

Fitted onto the machine's feed mouth, the cap acts as a closure/protection cover for the loading hopper when the grater is not in use: it keeps dust, cheese residue and foreign objects out of the grater unit and reduces the risk of accidental contact with the internal roller.

It is designed for Fimar professional graters fitted with this type of feed mouth. Replace it when it is broken, cracked, worn out of shape, or lost: a damaged cap no longer guarantees a secure closure and leaves the internal unit exposed to dirt and moisture, which can affect both hygiene and the machine's operation.
