The Fama aluminium closing disc (F2360) for the grater/roller unit of the TCG 12 - 22 meat-grinder/grater is the cover that closes the mouth of the grater roller, holding the roller in place and completing product feeding during grating.

Made of aluminium, a lightweight, food-contact material that is easy to remove for cleaning and washing of the unit. Replace it when it is deformed, cracked or worn on the edges/seat, a condition that prevents proper roller closure and therefore compromises the safety and output of the operation.
