Sirman replacement roller side cover for the TG 12 - 22 combined machine, the family of Sirman combined meat mincer-grater machines in sizes 12 and 22. It is the side casing that closes the grater roller compartment: it keeps the roller in its seat, protects the operator from rotating parts and prevents grated product from escaping from the side of the unit.

When to replace it: the side cover is among the first components to suffer from daily use: knocks, drops and frequent washing can crack or deform it, compromising the closure of the roller compartment. A damaged cover should be replaced immediately, because on these machines it is part of the guards that allow safe work close to the rotating roller and it contributes to the hygienic sealing of the grating unit.
Fitting is straightforward and requires no work on the motor side: remove the damaged cover and fasten the new one in the same seat.
