The CGT roller closing disc mod. 12 MEC (ref. 16, code CGTTRI0060) is the disc that closes and covers the roller housing in the grater unit of the CGT combined meat-grinder/grater machines, size (model) 12 MEC. It is the part that holds the grater roller in place and closes its housing, completing the unit during operation.

As a closing/cover component that is repeatedly fitted and removed for cleaning, it is subject to wear and to accidental damage (deformation, broken fixing points, worn seats). When the disc no longer closes the housing properly or no longer holds the roller in position, it should be replaced to restore correct and safe operation of the grater.
