Presser lever for the grater mouth of the Fama TGI 22 mincer-grater (ref. FAMTRI0045). It presses bread or cheese against the rotating roller and operates the safety device that stops the roller when the lever is raised. Replace it if broken, with excessive play or no longer operating the microswitch.
Grater lever for Fama TGI 22 (reference FAMTRI0045), the meat mincer with integrated grater by Fama Industrie. It is the presser lever of the grater mouth: when lowered, it pushes dry bread or cheese against the rotating grating roller, allowing you to grate with your hand away from the moving parts. On the TGI 22 the lever is also part of the grater safety system: when it is raised, the microswitch device stops the roller rotation, as required by European safety standards.

Replace it when it is broken, cracked or bent, when the pivot has too much play and the lever no longer presses squarely on the product, or when it no longer operates the safety microswitch correctly: in that case the machine may not restart when the lever is lowered or, worse, may not stop when it is raised. An intact lever is essential both for grating performance and for operator protection.
