Safety shield between the hand and the blade during slicing: mandatory component, to be replaced if broken or missing. Hole centre distance 14.9 cm (measurement to check for compatibility). RGV cursor bar, original code 822, for RGV Dolly 22 (Ø 220 mm) and Dolly 25 (Ø 250 mm) slicers.
The cursor bar is the cylindrical rod along which the slicer's food carriage slides: it guides the carriage's back-and-forth movement during cutting. For correct operation it must be kept clean and lubricated with industrial oil; if it is worn, oxidised or damaged, the carriage slides with more resistance or unevenly, compromising smoothness and cutting precision.
Replace it when the carriage struggles to slide even after cleaning and lubrication, or when the bar shows deep scoring, dents or corrosion.
