Replacement flat knob for the press plate assembly (the arm that holds the food against the blade) on Silver brand slicers, models 300, 350 and 370. Fitted with an M10 screw thread.
This knob is the grip point used to lock and unlock the press plate during slicing and cleaning operations. With frequent use it tends to wear down, loosen or crack at the threaded section, compromising the grip of the press plate. Replacing it with a part of the same thread pitch (M10) restores a firm and secure hold.
