This product-press knob with flange is the spare part for the press-pusher group on Silver series slicers, models 195, 220, 250 and 275. It is the handle you grip by hand to operate the press-pusher arm, the component that holds and guides the product against the blade during slicing: a firm, well-fixed knob is therefore essential both for cutting accuracy and for operator safety. The flange allows the knob to be fastened securely to the pin of the arm, preventing play and loosening during repeated use.

ORDER NOTE: the knob is available with an M6 or an M10 screw; you must specify the required thread when placing your order, depending on the pin fitted on your slicer's press-pusher arm.

Replace this knob when the original handle is broken, chipped, or when the grip has become worn and no longer holds firmly, affecting safety and comfort during everyday use of the slicer. Ref. 1242.
