Original RGV replacement sorbet filter for Juice Art Digital mod. 110851 juice extractor (spare part code 110866).
Unlike the juice filter, which is perforated to let the extracted liquid through, the sorbet filter is solid and has no holes: it holds the frozen fruit pulp and works it into the creamy texture of a sorbet or fruit gelato, instead of separating out juice.
It is made of black plastic, with an inner diameter of 97 mm at the top and 55 mm at the bottom, and an outer diameter of 110 mm at the top and 87 mm at the bottom.
It should be replaced when it is broken, deformed or cracked, or to restore the sorbet function after losing the original accessory.
