The knife holder pin for FAMA meat mincer model 32 R PRO is the threaded pin on which the cross-shaped knife is mounted inside the mincing assembly. Screwing into the worm (auger), it drives the knife in rotation against the perforated plate, ensuring proper cutting of the meat and preventing vibration and premature wear of the plate.

When the pin thread is stripped, the pin is bent or shows play, the knife no longer presses evenly against the plate: the result is crushed rather than cut meat, overheating and noise. In these cases replacing the pin restores mincing quality.
