The handle with B10 MA disc (small version) is the control knob for the slicer's meat-press carriage. It is the grip the operator holds to push and guide the meat-press arm against the product while slicing, ensuring constant pressure and a safe feed towards the blade.
The handle comes complete with its mounting/abutment disc (model B10 MA, small size), which connects it to the slicer's arm or carriage. When the knob develops play, cracks, a stripped thread, or the disc is worn, the grip becomes unstable and the meat press no longer holds pressure: replacing the part restores safe, precise control of the product during slicing.
