This is the slice-thickness adjustment knob fitted with a thumb-guard disc: besides setting the slice thickness, the disc keeps your finger away from the blade during adjustment, serving as a safety feature. Replace it when it is broken, cracked, or when the adjustment no longer holds its setting.
Compatible with the Bussola 10 MA, RGV and Fama 302 models; check the fitting on your model before purchasing.
