"RL" version with large washer: this is the feature that distinguishes this blade from the small-washer variants, so it must be checked on your own flywheel slicer. 100Cr6 hard-chrome steel holds its edge for a long time and ensures a clean, long-lasting cut in the continuous use typical of flywheel slicers.

When to replace it: a worn or out-of-round blade produces uneven, frayed or inconsistent slices and requires more force. Regular sharpening with the machine's sharpener extends its life; when sharpening is no longer enough, it must be replaced.
