Carriage hand guard for FAC and Swedlinghaus gravity-feed slicers, models 195 / 220 / 250R / 250E, CE and CE domestic versions. Safety shield between the hand and the blade during slicing: mandatory component, to be replaced if broken or missing. Hole centre distance 14.9 cm (measurement to check for compatibility). Specific to FAC/Swedlinghaus, not interchangeable with RGV models.
dishwasher pump suction filter e35h / e 40
The pump suction filter protects the wash pump impeller in professional Elettrobar dishwashers/glasswashers models E35H and E40 (ref. 3.026.095).
Fitted at the inlet of the suction circuit, the filter traps food residue, fragments and foreign debris before they can reach the wash pump, preventing them from jamming or damaging the impeller and reducing its flow rate. A clogged filter lowers spray pressure and worsens wash results, while a broken filter lets debris through, which can cause the pump to seize or run noisily.
To keep the machine running efficiently, remove and clean the filter regularly, according to usage frequency, rinsing off accumulated residue under running water; in busy commercial kitchens it is worth checking it several times a day. Replace it when broken, deformed, or when the mesh is damaged to the point of no longer retaining particles, to keep debris from reaching the pump on every wash cycle.
