It fits onto the front block of the mincer in place of the grinding plate, turning the meat mincer into a sausage stuffer and ensuring a steady flow of the meat mixture during stuffing.
Compatible with model 22 meat mincers, a size also common on Fimar and Tre Spade mincers.
Replace it when the funnel is broken, cracked, or no longer fits correctly onto the mincer's front block, causing the meat mixture to leak out during stuffing.
