The FAMA knife holder pin is the threaded pin on which the cross (four-wing) knife is mounted inside the meat grinder's mincing assembly. Screwed onto the shaft, it keeps the knife pressed against the perforated plate (die), ensuring proper meat cutting and the correct coupling between blade and plate.

Replacement part suitable for the FAMA model 32 meat grinder, machine reference TI 32 ECO (FAMA FTI156).

When to replace it: damaged or stripped thread, bent pin, excessive play, or difficulty holding the knife in place. A worn pin compromises cutting and can cause the mincing assembly to overheat. Replace it by removing the knife/plate assembly from the grinder neck and screwing the new pin onto the shaft.
