Low-voltage board for the model 8 CE mincer, in the mechanical-switch versions (exploded-view ref. 29). It is the control board that manages the switch-on and the actuation of the mincer's motor, in the variant set up for the mechanical switch.

It is an electronic component subject to failure from overvoltage, moisture or wear: when the board fails the mincer will not start or cannot be controlled correctly. Replacing it with the correct version (according to the switch type) restores operation.
