The 1-notch configuration determines its matching with the corresponding mincer knife blade.

- Configuration: hole 0, notches 1, conical tris-type hub
- Material: stainless steel with a polished finish, for quick cleaning in compliance with food hygiene regulations
It should be replaced when the cut is no longer clean and uniform, when the plate shows signs of wear or corrosion, or when the conical hub no longer ensures proper stability during processing.
