The M10x30 threaded locking lever is the component used to quickly clamp the mincing head (mouth) onto the body of the meat mincer, ensuring a firm hold during operation and fast release for disassembly and cleaning.

Replace it when the thread is worn, when the lever no longer holds the clamp firmly, or when it is broken or loose, conditions that compromise the seal of the mincing head during use.
