The stainless steel plate model 42 (ref. AGWSTRI0364), Salvador brand, SLX line, is the replacement perforated plate for size-42 meat mincers, made entirely of stainless steel. It is the perforated disc fitted onto the mincer head that determines the grind size: the hole diameter sets the fineness of the ground meat. This model has 2 grooves (locating notches) that ensure correct anti-rotation seating in the head during operation.
