Green round polyurethane belt with a circular section of Ø 8 mm and a length of 860 mm, a replacement part for Pizza Group roller-type dough stretchers. The green colour identifies the high-grip polyurethane, the material that ensures a firm hold and the correct transmission of motion to the rollers. Fitted onto the machine's pulleys, this belt drives the rollers that thin out and flatten the dough evenly.
With use the belt wears down and loses elasticity: typical symptoms are slipping on the pulleys, slackening with loss of tension and, in the worst cases, the section cutting or breaking. When this happens the rollers turn irregularly or stop.
