Cross joint and counter cross joint (spider coupling) kit for pizza dough roller/sheeter mod. L40P, ref. FSP35 (code FAMTRI0173).

The cross joint and its mating counter cross joint form the cross-shaped coupling that connects the drive shaft to the roller assembly of the pizza sheeter, transferring the motor's rotation to the rollers that flatten the dough. The two parts work as a matched pair: the cross joint engages the counter cross joint so that, turning together, they transmit torque and motion without slipping.

When this coupling is worn, the joint loses grip: you'll notice play between the cross joint and counter cross joint, the rollers slow down, slip, or stop turning even with the motor running, and dough sheeting becomes uneven or stops altogether.

The part is supplied as a complete kit, including both the cross joint and its matching counter cross joint, ready to replace the worn pair on model L40P ref. FSP35.
