Abrasive cloth for Fimar PPF10/18M potato peelers, old type version for machines manufactured before 28/01/2008 (ref. FIMTRI0145).
This is the abrasive lining of the potato peeler's rotating plate: during the cycle the potatoes are spun and rubbed against the abrasive surface, which removes the skin in a few minutes with the help of water only.

- Compatibility: Fimar PPF10M (10 kg) and Fimar PPF18M (18 kg) potato peelers
When to replace it: the abrasive cloth is a wear part. If peeling takes longer and longer cycles, patches of skin are left on the potatoes or the disc surface looks smooth and polished in the most-used areas, the grit is worn out and a new cloth must be fitted. An efficient abrasive cloth shortens cycle times and reduces product waste, because it removes only the skin without eating into the flesh.
