Abrasive plate for Fama potato peelers, compatible with the PP10 and PP18 models (professional 10 kg and 18 kg peelers). It is the rotating disc coated with abrasive material fitted to the bottom of the tub: as it spins together with the motor, it rubs the potatoes against the abrasive surface of the plate and against the tub walls, removing the skin by friction.
