The foot bracket (zampa) is a component of the product-pressing arm (the arm that locks and presses the product onto the carriage during cutting) on the Sirman Mirra 300 Y09 CE slicer. It has a 12 mm diameter hole for fixing/pivoting to the arm.

This bracket supports and holds the pressing arm in its working position: if it loosens, cracks, or the hole widens due to wear, the pressing arm loses stability and the product can move during cutting, causing uneven slices or a risk to the operator. In these cases it must be replaced to restore the arm's stability.
