The meat pusher is the arm that holds the food pressed against the carriage plate during slicing, ensuring even slices and safe operation; the Teflon bushing lets it slide smoothly on the rod. Replace it when the arm has play, no longer slides properly or the handle is broken.
Arm length 22.5 cm, PVC pin guide for Ø 12 mm rods. For RGV 250 / 275 Lusso (domestic) and Dolly 250 (professional) slicers. Check your model and rod diameter.
