This is the internal contact element that fits inside the pushbutton housing: being green and normally open, it is typically used as the start/run button on control panels, following the standard electrical convention where green identifies start functions. The contact closes only when the button is pressed, sending the start signal to the motor or contactor.
It is a compatible replacement for the pushbutton panels used on slicers, meat grinders, graters and dough mixers of brands such as FAC, FAMA, OMAS, RGV, NOAW, CELME and SIRMAN. Replacement is needed when the button no longer closes the contact reliably (machine that won't start or starts intermittently) or in case of oxidation/wear of the terminals.
