It is a dual-contact button, normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC), used in the control button panel for the machine's start and stop functions. The resin-encapsulated body protects the internal contacts from moisture and food residue typical of the environment in which slicers and meat grinders operate.
Replace it when the button fails to return to position, the machine does not start or stop correctly, or when you notice mechanical play, cracks in the resin body, or oxidized contacts.
