The control panel is the switch unit mounted on the bone saw that houses the motor's start and stop buttons: operating it starts or stops the machine's band blade safely.
Since it is fitted on a machine that works in contact with meat, fat and washing water, the panel is exposed to infiltration that can over time oxidise the internal contacts or jam the button travel: when the buttons stop responding correctly or the bone saw fails to start/stop on command, the panel needs to be replaced.
