Sirman new oval push-button panel with reverse, an electrical spare part for Sirman Barcellona and Nevada 22 professional meat mincers. This is the 'new' oval version of the control, featuring a reverse function alongside the standard start and stop commands.
The reverse function lets the motor turn in the opposite direction to quickly clear the worm screw if it jams during mincing, so work can resume without dismantling the cutting group. The start and stop command switches the machine on and off.
The component is identified by code LF1033021 (La Felsinea) and is supplied under reference AGWSELE1357. The panel works only with the dedicated matching Sirman electronic board: without the correct board the control will not operate properly.
Safety note: as this is an electrical component, installation and replacement must be carried out by a qualified technician, with the machine disconnected from the mains.
