Omron LY4 changeover relay, 24V AC coil, spare part for the electronic boards of Omas slicers. The LY4 relay is an industrial 4-changeover-contact plug-in relay: driven by the coil, it switches the power contacts to start, stop or reverse the loads managed by the Omas board.
When a relay is worn out (oxidised/stuck contacts, open coil) the machine will not start, will not switch or stays locked. Replacing it with the equivalent relay (same series and coil voltage) restores the controls.
