A professional slicer designed for cutting cold cuts, cheese, bread and fish. Its design, carefully finished down to the smallest detail with generous radii and no sharp edges, allows for simple and thorough cleaning, further supported by the availability of the BLC system — sliding carriage lock — which allows the food plate and its support to be removed, providing easy access to the area beneath the plate itself; in this case, a dedicated safety mechanism only allows removal when the slice-thickness adjustment plate is in the "0" position, so that the blade is fully guarded. In addition, this slicer features a gasketed ring that hermetically seals the opening for the blade-pulley shaft, preventing liquids from entering the interior. Designed in compliance with current safety regulations, this slicer features the following characteristics:
