Professional slicer designed for cutting cured meats, meat, cheese, bread and fish. The design, carefully finished down to the smallest detail with generous radii and no sharp edges, allows for simple and thorough cleaning, also ensured by the BLC system (sliding carriage lock), which allows the product plate and its support to be removed, giving easy access to the area underneath the plate itself; in this case, a dedicated safety mechanism only allows disassembly when the slice-thickness gauge is in the "0" position, so that the blade is fully covered. In addition, this slicer features a ring with gaskets that hermetically seals the opening for the blade-carrying pulley shaft, preventing liquids from entering the interior. Designed in compliance with current safety regulations, this slicer features the following characteristics:

• blade guard, product plate, slice-thickness gauge, blade guard ring and food pusher in anodised aluminium with a bright finish, for a hygienically clean and corrosion-resistant product
