Replacement stainless steel tie rod, adaptable for slicer mod. V 300/S-G, with a pin length of 188 mm.

The tie rod is the threaded shaft that secures and holds the blade guard (blade cover) in position on the slicer body: when tightened it locks the guard covering the non-cutting edge of the blade, keeping the blade cover firmly in place during use and cleaning. For this reason it is a component that directly affects machine safety.

Being made of stainless steel, it offers good resistance to the corrosion caused by food acids, frequent washing and the humidity typical of the working environment, preserving thread integrity over time.

It is advisable to replace the tie rod when the thread is stripped, the pin is bent, or when the blade cover no longer locks securely (play), to prevent the blade guard from loosening during operation.
