Small replacement hook for the RGV Pastaprof PL10S 10-liter planetary mixer (model 110290), corresponding to position 8 on the manufacturer's spare parts exploded diagram.

The Pastaprof RGV uses a double hook system: this small hook works together with the large hook (ref. 110293/110301N) to knead dough evenly, taking advantage of the mixer's dual planetary rotation, even with larger dough quantities.
