The carriage fixing screw for 300 slicers is the locking screw that secures the product carriage to the sliding guide on 300 mm blade slicers. It is a large-head slotted screw (flat-blade screwdriver slot), M10 thread, sold in a pack of 2 pieces.
This screw keeps the carriage properly anchored to the sliding rail: if it loosens or the slot on the head wears down (screwdriver slipping out), the carriage can become unstable or develop play during cutting. In this case it is advisable to replace both screws as a pair.
