This is the complete, removable sharpener unit for RGV slicers, fitted with two grinding wheels — one coarse and one fine — that restore the cutting edge of the blade.
Turn the unit into working position and let the rotating blade run against the two wheels with short, light passes: the coarse wheel first removes any irregularities from the edge, then the fine wheel finishes it, leaving it clean and even. Regular, correct sharpening reduces strain on the slicer, improves cutting quality and limits blade wear over time.
The sharpener unit fits RGV slicers models 300, 300/S, 300/G and V300. Part code 1151.
Replace the sharpener unit when the wheels are worn, glazed or uneven and no longer restore a sharp edge, or when the mounting mechanism shows excessive play.
