Stainless steel slice deflector (parafetta) for RGV Dolly slicers mod. 300/A and 300/S. Rear-blade deflector that guides slice release and reduces residue build-up.
The stainless steel slice deflector (parafetta) is fitted behind the slicer's blade, and its function is to guide the freshly cut slice, releasing it cleanly from the blade. It helps prevent product residue from building up on the back of the blade, making machine cleaning quicker and easier.

It is an easily removable component for daily cleaning. Replace it when it becomes deformed, bent or heavily marked from contact with the blade, as in these cases it no longer guides the slice correctly and promotes residue build-up.
